Dry Mouth
Around one in five adults will suffer from a dry mouth at some point in their lives, and it's a common temporary problem that needs to be managed. A dry mouth can make eating, swallowing and sleeping uncomfortable, alter your sense of taste, and give you bad breath. It can also be emotionally distressing. Keeping a dry mouth under control is important, firstly to enhance quality of life, but also to minimise the likelihood of other problems occurring. Use of sprays and mouthwashes, which leave a moisturising film around the mouth, or chewing gums, will make eating and talking easier, but also support the protective benefits we naturally get from saliva.

Reduce stains on your teeth by going easy on the coffee and red wine and cleaning your teeth with a whitening toothpaste and mouthwash. With flossing, you’ll also help freshen your breath.. (3) Comments
