Every day our body sheds millions of dead skin cells. Dandruff is the result of disturbance in this normal process, which can be caused by many factors, but the usual culprits are stress-related or environmental. In most cases, I’d recommend a good anti-dandruff shampoo used a couple of times a week. Hot oil treatments and specially formulated moisturising products can also help.
