hi im 15 and i am really interested in whitening my teeth people say that whitening will ruin and wear down the tooth (abrasion) will the boots expert whitening stick do this to my teeth and what will the long term effect of it have on my teeth

Im desperate to find a teeth whitening system that really works. On my wedding day i barely smiled as i was so conscious of my yellow teeth. How can i truly get my teeth looking much whiter without and bad effects on my gums or teeth.
