Posted on 20th March at 10:55 AM Posted by: Steve Barton

In reality everyone’s skin is sensitive to some degree - skin needs to respond to the outside world for us to survive. Touch, cold, and pain are amongst the many sensations that evoke various responses - emotional (belonging), physiological (shivering) or behavioural (escape). For some people the skin’s responsiveness is more extreme.  Everyday life can bring them out in rashes, dryness or bring about tight or blotchy skin.  For men the biggest challenge is shaving. Scraping a razor across your face everyday can be harsh - but it does not have to be.

Razor bumps

Posted on 04th April at 03:34 PM Posted by: Tom

I have recently started getting razor bumps from shaving and my skin is getting really dry. I do not want to use too heavily scented moisturisers as I normally wear aftershave and do not want to mix the odours! Can you recommend how I can look after my skin more (preferable using non-scented products)?
